issue with LSS100300 when integrated with genetec security center

Hello Dears,

we have used LSS100300 between KNX installation and security center from Genetec.

but there was issue reading values!

we try LSS100100 and its work from the first time!

both have same bacnet settings and same IP settings.

Can you please share more details to better understand in details the issue?
Please share also the FW-Version you are using on LSS100300.

I try connect LSS100300 to SE Enterprise server and its work, but for security center from Genetec it didnt.

while LSS100100 work for security center from Genetec.

is there any different in the BACnet version between LSS100300 and LSS100100?

One thing I forgot to mention ...
Can you please check the update which we recently launched?
Because I will get asked for sure from my colleagues to install the new version first and then check if you face the same behaviour.
