homeLYnk connection problem

Hello. I'm received a question from one of our SI. Then he connect to hL - from any links (direct IP enetering, visaulsation etc.)  hl redirect to trends page and generate an error.

Is it possible to solve this probltm without factory reset?

Can you send me hL project backup, please?

1. Are SI connect into homeLYnk like ADMIN or like some created user?

2. Error message means, no trends are stored in this hL.
