Hello All, since a couple of weeks Amazon Alexa gives me a system error "Alexa app should be updated" when I try to link the Wiser for KNX skill.
Currently Alexa app is updated but the system error persist.
Could be possible is due to the new Wiser KNX app? But Amazon Alexa skill for this new Wiser KNX app still not available.
Any solution?
Thanks in advance

Hello
Reading about your issue, that seems strange. The skill is not linked with the new release of the Wiser KNX App. Based on this error, the error message seems to be with the Amazon App version installed. Which Phone and OS version do you have? Which Alexa App version do you have installed? Could it be that your phone is not compatible with the latest Alexa App?
As an example, in my case I'm using an iPhone 13 with iOS: 17.4.1 and Amazon Alexa App v2.2.597862.0
Depending on that you can also might try reaching to Amazon to ask that too?
Thanks
Fernando
