In Wiser KNX Application User Guide we have information about Yale door lock integration 👀

, but can't find info how to integrate Yale door lock.

We are excited to share an update on our door lock integration capabilities:

We currently support:

• Zigbee door locks (primarily available in the Gulf and Middle East).
• Wi-Fi door locks integrated via Yale’s Home API.
  Many Yale door locks connect through the Yale Connect Wi-Fi Bridge, which is widely used across Europe and other regions.

• Integration Status
  So far, we have successfully integrated Yale’s popular Linus door lock in both variants:

  1. The version requiring an external bridge.
  2. The newer version with an integrated bridge.

  We are now in the certification process with Yale, and expect completion in the coming weeks.

• Compatibility
  Once certification is finalized, we will share the official list of supported models.
  However, in general, the understanding is that any Yale door lock that works with the Yale Connect Wi-Fi Bridge should be compatible with our app.

• Requirements on Schneider Side
  The same requirements apply as for using the mobile app:

  Wiser for KNX or spaceLYnk with Hardware Version 2 or higher and Firmware Version 3 or higher

Thank you for this update.

Do you have plans to add support for additional door lock APIs, such as TUYA and TTLock?

I recently integrated successfully with TTLock, but it would be great to have this functionality natively supported within the Wiser app.

Hello @IC_Systems 

For now, there are no plans to integrate with those two solutions. The selected integrations are based on several factors, such as priority in our key markets, ongoing projects, and strategic alignment. This may change in the future, but at this point, to be transparent, there is no integration planned.
