Unable to connect to cloud. Problem started 3 weeks ago so I was suspecting problem with Wiser for KNX Remote app version. But after update error persist. Any clue what can be wrong?

In most of the cases, it is really just switching the toggle off and on, and if that doesn't help, a reboot.
In any case, we're constantly working on improving the stability of the platform and the connector. We will soon release a new version whith those improvements.

Problem solved. Thx Fernando for tip: In most cases, by switching the toggle of the Cloud connector to off and the on again this normally is enough to reconnect to the cloud.
