Hi,
I have a wiser4KNX that was registered in the preproduction environment (with the preproduction FW version.
Now I want to move it to the production environment. I tried to install the FW 3.0.0 but I got an error message regarding the signature verification failed.
Before trying to install the production FW, I remove the controller from the cloud.
If you need the MAC of the device for verification you can find it below:
00:80:F4:6D:84:0F
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
