Wiser KNX app shows an error connection stating that the wiser is offline

Hello Team,

The wiser has been paired with an account.

The wiser when accessed via laptop works normally, the touch showing all widgets,  cloud connector is OK.

When opening the app , I find the name of the project, the location and the weather only with a WHITE BLANK PAGE.  A few seconds later it shows an error connection stating that the wiser is offline.

i have checked the network setting (GW and DNS...)and there is no firewall blocking it's signal. The wiser can be pinged on the network and is normally accessed via laptop.

I can ping www.google.com

I have a wiser KNX hardware (i.MX6) FW 3.0.0 MAC :00:00:54:FC:F5:3E.

i have checked all your recommandation in this forum, update, network and cloud connection ...  but the controler is not recheable

A few days ago it works already fine

besides checking that I only did this: set the logging level to "error" and clear cache
