Wiser KNX The automation cannot be opened

Hello dears,

my customer face the following issue.

when he tried to edit the automations built he got the following message!

how to solve it?

I guess the answer is already given in the error, logon to the controller and i would try to goto the automation tab, update it there or delete it and create it from scratch.

but why this issue happened, is there a way to solve it without rebuild the automation again

I see that the scene triggered in this automation only exist on the SL and not appear on the Wiser app, while this scene was build by the user using the Wiser app! 
this might be the issue, but how to sync the scenes?

Hello

The error message is shown when for a certain automation, either the actions or the conditions are empty. This is normally not possible to be done from the app because the automation would not be able to be saved, but  If the user created the Automation from the app, and then edits it in the controller or in swagger (APIS).

So from the controller, edit the automation and complete it, or delete it and create it again from the App.
