Wiser KNX Group Objects are not visible

Wiser KNX is not showing the group objects. It happened recently. Group objects are working but from Chrome Browser the list is empty. 

How we can get them back

I have seen this a few weeks ago, reason there was caused by Ixon VPN router, are you behind a VPN device and if yes have you tried local connection?

I also see a high CPU load that might cause the controller to be unresponsive, you need to do something on that high load (optimize cyclic traffic, optimize scripts, use filters, use virtual objects, remove unused imported objects to reduce unnecessary telegram processing, etc), stay below the 1..

I have checked the VPN and made sure that there is none. So I am on the same network. I have stopped all the scripts and now have a very reasonable CPU load. I carried out a reset. But still no objects. Any other suggestions?

Hi Erwin,

I have tried to go back to the old back ups but the issue is the same. I cannot access to the group objects. Please see the guidance on LM forum. Should I go for a sd card reflash? If so could you please share the guidance for Wiser.
