Hello
I have a wiser KNX hardware V3.1 FW 3.0.0 MAC#00:00:54:FC:CA:99.
The wiser has been paired with an account.
The wiser when accessed via laptop works normally, the touch showing all widgets, but the cloud connector tries to connect with no success.
When opening the app , we find the name of the project, the location and the weather only with a WHITE BLANK PAGE. A few seconds later it shows an error connection stating that the wiser is offline.
We checked the network setting and there is no FIREWALL blocking it's signal. The wiser can be pinged on the network and is normally accessed via laptop.

Hello
Checking your controller's MAC address it's not connected to the cloud. Please make sure your Cloud connector and APIT3 PLugins are up to date and that each of them are enabled.
Also please check the processor is running normally and it's not showing red values (available when accessing configurator at the bottom right).

Did you set the correct default GW and DNS in the network interface?
Can you ping any www url from the network test?

Same Issue. All API are active, but cloud connector cannot connect. and white screen on the App. MAC is 00:80:F4:6D:8A:A8
The device is on the network. I can ping it. But no way to connect.
I tried to add an iframe with google.fr, but return a 404

Issue solved. In the App store Wiser, just updates the Touch3, and then cloud configurator connected, and all mobile app ok.

I have a wiser KNX hardware (i.MX6) FW 3.0.0 MAC :00:00:54:FC:F5:3E.
i have checked all your recommandation in this page, update, network and cloud connection ... but the controler is not recheable
few days ago it works already fine

Hi @amaladan
Checking your controller seems updated to the last version in all plugins and appears to be connected to the cloud. So what do you mean is not reachable? Do you mean from the Wiser KNX App you can't connect? If yes, please check the performance of your processor in the configurator page (bottom right) when it's too saturated (shown in red) even if the connection with the cloud is established the exchanged information doesn't reach the controller/App. A quick fix is restarting the controller but if the issue persists you need to analyze what is overloading your controller's processor (some scripts or loops maybe).
