I have a problem to use Alexa APP in my country to make voice control with SpaceLynk or wiser 100100
this app "Alexa" isn't available to use in my country,
Are there other apps to use instead of the Alexa app to make voice Control?

Hi AmrMustaffa,
yes clear, I just wanted to make sure that you have in mind that it works, if available in your country, only with Wiser for KNX and not with spaceLYnk.

Hi
The Voice Control support for Wiser for KNX with Alexa and Google is currently limited to few countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, etc). The services in other countries may not be supported by those 3rd party platforms. Please let us know which country you're in.
Thank you

Hi AmrMustafa,
to ".... to make voice control with SpaceLynk or wiser 100100"
Please keep in mind that the voice control function works only with W4K (LSS100100) and NOT with spaceLYnk (LSS100200).

Hi,
Thanks, I have a question about Spacelynk. The Firmware 2.5, I can control by 3rd App ( Iridium Mobile), But when i Update to firmware 2.6, I can't control by 3rd App only control by Spacelynk UI. How can i resolve this issue to control by 3rd app.
Thanks,
Thien Dao

With this little info it’s impossible to
answer, how is Iridium communicating with the controller, what protocol is used? Do you have more info about this issue, is the initial connection possible, is control possible, is feedback received etcetera, give us as much info as you can to be able to assist you,
Next to that have you asked Iridium already as it could also be something like an issue with an older TLS in their app or anything in that order…

Hi,
I had tried both of them. I can't control it.
Maybe, I have to downgrade and try it again

Well, the only thing i can think of that is causing the issue is that we have made a change in the FW due to cyber security, we don't allow external IP adresses to connect to port 3671.
Any IP address that is not in a RFC 1918 private class A, B or C range is blocked to communicate with KNX IP.
Private IP addresses do not exist on the internet so this way you know all communication is originating from the local network.
Is your local network in the correct private IP range?
Class A: 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
Class B: 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
Class C: 192.168.0.0- 192.168.255.255

Hi,
Of course, My private IP is : 192.168.1.117 in the IP range Class C. I will try it again.
How can I allow external IP adresses to connect to port 3671

With FW 2.6.x or higher you can't as it is labeled as unsecure and our Cybersecurity department has forced us to close it due to that, the only way to connect from remote locations is via a secure connection like VPN.
Keep in mind that hackers are very active at this moment to scan for open 3671 ports (on any KNX installation regardless the brand/manufacturer) and they delete your programming remotely and enable the BCU protection with a unknown password so your device is bricked if that happens, so i strongly recommand to use save connection methods.
