i'm trying to connect to wiser cloud control for Wiser logic controler (LS100100), it looks like i have misentered my email address, so i didn/t recieve any confirmation email, i am trying to link my email with the Wiser for KNX but the following message keeps showing up " Device already linked to another account. Delete the previous account to be able to create the new one'.
how it possible to delete the previous account with the invalid email address.

I am also facing same issue, accidentally deleted cloud account and now i am trying to register to another email and its not working. Can you please help . Mac address 00:00:54:FC:FB:5D

are you sure about the MAC address? I do not see any existing link on this controller. It may be ready to link with a new account. Did you reboot the controller before linking? Can you share with me exact error message which you have.

Hi,
I need help to be cloud conected with my spacelynk and therfore there is no use for wiser knx app.
I did firmware update to v3 ( new one ) and also IP adres of my pouter in NEtwork setting. Still no conction.
Reboot of spacelynk didn´t help.
I have no idea.
Can some one hepl in this case, I´m working in Schneider but to find someone to help me is mision imposible 🙂

yes I was ablento get in Contact with support in Germany, so they gave me final help.
in my case was only last step missing , and this was update .
when you are in loged in to Spacelynk platform, then you can see in right corner if you need an update or not. In my case was red circle with 4 inside.
then I did this update and it was connected.

I found the solution to my problem. It wasn't the same for me.
I have a Firewall in my installation.
You have to open port 61614 at the output and it's solved
or plug the Wiser directly into the internet box (according to the technical service)
