W4KNX not work with smart device

Hi

we are working on a KNX project which configured W4KNX touch for smart device controlling light, Fan etc. but when i pressed the Button in Tab output not response. Please find the attached video for more understanding. W4KNX FW V 3.0

can anyone support in this regards?

I think its some thing related to the topology!
do you have line coupler in the installation?

if yes did you set the filter table correctly?

Hi, 

We didn't use line coupler in this installation because bus devices less than 50. Earlier we configured W4KNX but this problem new for me I don't know why this problem arise. We need your support in this regards.

We have 3 devices (W4KNX) not function with output ( like KNX actuator & dimmer) which we configured via Touch configure in W4KNX then I have tried to control from Tab or Smart Phone but actuator not response. This problem new for me. I have trying to but failed. We have checked by separate Router connect with W4KNX but same problem output not work. Each HW V# 3.2 & 3.1 and FW V# 3.0 & 2.8.3.

For this problem we can't handover few project to customer. we are upset for this issue.

Can anyone support how to solve the problem ASAP?

I've seen the ETS icon on the application bar of your laptop.
Have you tried to trace the KNX telegram?
What happen on the KNX bus when you press that button, are you able to see the correct telegram?
Have you tried to send the telegram from the ETS, does the actuator(s) react properly?

BTW, switch and feedback object require different group addresses

Hello

We have assigned wrong KNX connection in W4KNX which we did select IP Routing that was wrong. After changing KNX connection in W4KNX TP-UART it is working with output device like actuator & dimmer etc. Now my problem is solved.
