Need help on KNX

HI guys, new to this so please bear with me. Recently had contractors in working on lighting, since then on the ecostruxure we are having problems in a couple of areas.  I'm an old school sparks so minimal knowledge on fault finding issues with KNX or BMS systems . We have exterior bollard lighting and in the attached video you can see we are having an issue. Can anyone enlighten me on what may be the cause.

From the video there are two bollard lights blinking while the other are light on without this issue.

you should test if all of these bollard  lights are controlled from the same channel on the switching actuator.

see if the channel turn on/off rapidly.

check the supplied voltage for the malfunctioning lights.

It might be the bollard lights are broken and should be replaced.

You also might check the type of lamps. There are lamps (ie. metal halide lamps) that need to cool down after switching off. They will not switch on if you try shortly after switching off.
