Universal Dimmer Master 2 channel MTN6710-0102 dimmer out put 0% = 3,4VAC
Hi everyone, is there a specific document about the minimum voltage the Universal Dimmer can get ?
Currently i T&C KNX system and the client they asked why the dim value 0% (on EBO interface) but the voltage output not get to 0 VAC.
In ETS the minimum can not be 0%, its need atleast 1%.

Hello Theodoros!
Sorry for the late reply first of all!
Regarding your topic ...
To be honest ... I didnt get your point fully.
You cant set the value to "0" because the parameter area describes the "dimming curve" (Switch ON state).
That you can switch or let me say dimm off the channel with 0% you define with the parameter below.
So please help me to understand your topic better.
