Hello Nitin!
In a first glance it looks like that the internal SD-Card is broken.
But you can try first to clear the cache of your browser or try to reach your device within the incognito mode of your browser.
Also you can try to enter in the URL-Field of your browser 192.168.0.10/scada-main instead of /apps/.
