SpaceLynk Graphics & latest iOS

Hello, I'm looking for assistance with an issue. I currently have a setup using SpaceLynk, where the customer inputs the IP Address of our SpaceLynk into the address bar for Safari to access and control. However, after the iOS update to version 17 and above, we've encountered issues with the graphics. This setup had been working perfectly for several years prior to this update.

I have attached a video demonstrating the issue: the green icons initially appear green, but when the page is refreshed or clicked out of and then back into, they turn white. I've attempted to change the color and the icon itself, but the problem persists. Notably, the graphics work flawlessly when using a Windows machine and running Chrome, leading me to believe that the issue is not with the graphics or the SpaceLynk setup.

This issue occurs on all iPads running the latest iOS software. However, we have an iPad running on version 16.3.1, and it functions as expected. The customer is concerned that the iPads are not receiving their latest update, which is causing worry for their cyber team.

Has anyone encountered this issue or have any information on how to resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I am over in Australia, we don't have SpaceLynk, but do have (CBus) Spacelogic controller, which I think are similar. I haven't seen this issue on a SP controller. Are the graphics svg or jpg, have you got any custom CSS?

Also have you tried my CTC-Spacelogic App, I think it should work with a SpaceLynk, it uses Webkit.

Hello Thankyou for the reply, the graphics are SVG and the only custom CSS I have running is for the border of the widgets.

I wasn't aware of an app for the SpaceLynk! but I see this could be a solution. I'll request the on-site IT team to download to their devices and get some feedback. Thankyou! I'll let you know how we get on.
