SpaceLYnk upgrade issue version 1.3.0 to current version 2.5.0

Hello.

I tried to upgrade my customer spacelynk ver. 1.3 to 2.5.0 (latest) and several devices got stuck middle of the upgrade process.

Has anyone come a  same problem.

Does anyone know how I can restore unit to the default mode and try to upgrade process again.?

push reset pin 10second---release---10 second doesn't work.

There is sd-card inside, it is possible that it has been broken?

Maybe something went wrong by the update process. Please use the following document to flash the micro SD-Card again.

Hi,

Your SD card could be flipped to read only mode (unfortunately this can happen with any SD card), you can check this by creating a new object, sync and reboot the controller from the system menu.

If the object is not present anymore after the reboot then your SD card became read only and needs to be replaced with a new SD card that holds the operating system from Thomas last link (AN2_001_SL replace SD card in SL)

Next to that you should not use 2.5.0 but 2.5.1 as there are some bug fixes in the latest version.

Hi.

I have used 2.5.1 version, I typed the wrong version to the previous message.

Is it possible set application image via usb port?...or should I remove sd card as the instructions say.

No that is not possible, you need to remove the SD card from the SD slot.
