Are there any plans in a future HW upgrade to increase the size of the db on SpaceLYnk/W4K?

Is there a way, or plans for a way, for an api-call or automatic object manipulation to warn us if the db nears full capacity, so we can trigger cleanup actions to prevent freezes?
