Space Logic IP Touch 7 inch not work with W4KNX

Hi

Hope you all are well and good.

We are doing installation of a KNX system for 7 storied Residential Building at Bangladesh. As part the system, we have supplied and configured W4KNX and space logic IP Touch screen 7" ( Part no: MTN6260-7760) at  the project site.

The issue we are facing is as follows:

• We are able to turn ON the lights via both the touchscreen and the mobile application.

• However, we are unable to turn OFF the lights from either the touchscreen or the mobile app.

But we can only turn on Lights from Touch and Mobile application where as we can't off the light at Touch and Mobile apps. 

Please find the attached picture and video for your better understanding. We have already updated firmware in W4KNX.

Could you please support on it how to solve the issue?

Hello @Samimul_Islam 

According to the attached video, the switch feedback group object for the "master button" appears to be missing.

Once connected, you should be able to control both states.
