Slow loading of spacelynk

Hi

I have SpaceLynk LSS100200 and I have a small program with the widget in it. I use the touch option in this device with no background but opening the touch option is too slow it takes about a minute to show widgets ..etc and with background, it gets slower. anyone here has a solution for it? also, what is the best size and resolution for the background image?

I have restored the project and in my installation, it works perfectly. Loading of the Touch 3 app is less than 5 sec, loading of each room in the Touch visualization is instant.

In your case seems to be that problem is related to the specific installation, which means you can have high KNX traffic. High CPU load or peaks. Can you provide us with the picture of the CPU load (right-bottom corner in the configurator), and KNX traffic Configurator->Utilities->System->Network->KNX statistics

You are totally right, I have just figured out the problem. CPU load was about 5.0!! I fixed the issue and now it is not more than 0.6
