Hi,

i would like to know if the alert manager would be uptade?

We have some project we can't use SL because a lack of some feature.

Here the sample of the use case:

- put alarm category

- set alarm as : view, sold...

- priority

- possibility to filter by category

- checkbox for alarm+category+push notification+sound, on object tab

- export csv... like curve with option

VUES DES ALARMES
Accessible depuis le bandeau Alarmes, sous forme de tableau, alarmes présentes acquittées, non acquittées
et invalidées selon code couleur Information pour chaque alarme :
 La date d’apparition, acquittement ou disparition (jour, mois, année)
 L’heure d’apparition, d’acquittement ou de disparition (heure, minute, seconde)
 La localisation
 -Le domaine (SSI, Sono, Radio…)
 -L’équipement concerné (Interphone, barrière)
 -Le libellé de l’évènement (défaut d’alimentation)
 - Le niveau d’alarme (mineur, moyen, critique
Les alarmes sont affichées dans l’ordre chronologique, la plus récente en haut de la liste

- D’acquitter une ou toutes les alarmes

- D’inhiber une alarme
- D’effectuer un filtrage des alarmes selon plusieurs critères

VUES DES HISTORIQUES
Accessible depuis le bandeau Alarmes, sous forme de tableau, changement d’état, alarmes, commandes,selon
un code couleur, pour chaque évènement :
- Date sous la forme : jour/mois/année
- heure sous la forme : heures, minutes, secondes
- localisation, domaine (SSI, SSS, Interphone,
- le libellé (apparition/disparition)
- le libellé de l’évènement (ouverture barrières…,)
- le niveau d’alarme (mineur, moyen, critique)
Les évènements sont affichés dans l’ordre chronologique, du plus récent en haut de la liste.
L’opérateur à la possibilité d’effectuer un filtrage selon des critères : gravité, date, d’apparition

many THANKS for your interest in the alert-manager-app and for giving us insights of missing features.

@FZetina can you please help me out as it is more a general offer related topic rather then a technical topic.

Hi,

This app is not property of Schneider and not labeled as “certified”.

I created this app back in 2017 (private) for some partners in the NL and sinds then never received a bug or feature request.

It ended up in the App Store due to massive requests and is widely used.

However I understand your needs i have no plans to develop / no option to develop your items as much of what you are asking is not possible without firmware changes.

The app is build on the alert tab in the system and gets that information over a websocket stream and the stream simply does not hold category or priority or option to send out push notifications.

Our upcoming app will support push notifications but from script. Also sending CSV is possible from script only.

When there are multiple requests for improvements i will consider them but for at this moment these requests are not widely required.

sadly I understand your answer, however, for me your package is one of the most important for my customer in Building.

Hope to see these improvment in the futur

1/control

2/monitoring energy

3/ alert manager

Schneider,Please put again the alert package and update it in near future with category at least.

All other manufacturer give this possibility like dogate, trivium, panorama, ecostructure....

We need this package, it a real lack of feature.

Erwin, I know you did a great job with your package  i still use in all our project, but Schneider should include it in the store and start to improve it.
