Hi,

I have 2 units of this actuator. One stopped working. No LEDs are lit. Bus supply is good. Manual mode doesn’t work. One switch is being on, but no indication on the actuator. When I push the programming button the programming led is lit, this is the only reaction I get.

Anything I can do for troubleshooting?
