Can we control more than 8 operations in push button keypad

You have 8 buttons, each button can send to 2 different group addresses and you can play with short/long press. So you can go to 16 functions if needed.

 

From user perspective this is not the best way as it can become complex to understand what the button functions are.

 

If you need a better user interface i would suggest the multitouch pro mtn6215-0310 it has 8 pages with max 4 buttons so 32 buttons that have text and icons so easy to understand for the user.

thanks for the information provided regarding pushbutton,but its not working as you programmed.i have tried with all the options but short and long press is not happening

Hello Suketh,

 

it seems there is a slight mistake in the config. Please exchange the two yellow marked parameters.
It seems always when you pressed the dedicated PB ObjectA reacted and ObjectB only by release after the longpress time.

So when you exchange the parameter of ObjectA then the ObjectA will only be sent out when the PB is released within the shortpress time. ObjectB will be sent out only when you release after a long press.
