We have strange situation with MTN6354-0019.
When long time not in use MTN6354-0019 need to be activated twice to send ON command to actuator
Or maybe it is misconfiguration issue? Can anyone with ETS professional can look at project?
On Saturday we were at the facility around 9:00 am. We entered the hall where no one had been present since Friday from around 23:00. Personally, I went to each of the detectors and only one in more than 20 switched on its zone. After about 2 minutes from the first pass, I walked again under the same sensors and then they all worked.
In the case of a short break between subsequent soiling, the system worked OK. However, after a longer time, about 30 minutes, the situation repeated itself, i.e. each detector had to be activated twice. After the first time there is no reaction, about 2 minutes pass, we activate the second time and it is OK.

Hello Piotr
MTN6354-0019 does not have a sleep mode. From the attached project I could see that the detectors have basic configuration and should work at all time.
One thing I could imagine as root cause: the detector has a warm up phase after a power return (KNX bus power). When power comes back it will not work for about 40sec. Maybe there is instable KNX power supply and the detectors are rebooted cyclically.
You should check the KNX power supply. In line 3.1 there are 26 detectors and 10 pushbuttons. The total consumption of these devices is 425mA. If you only have 320mA KNX power supply it might explain the cyclical reboot.
