My client tells me that the screen hangs with sleep mode.

unfortunately it is not possible to deactivate the screen-saver. The option you have is to maximize
the time for the screen-saver.What is the firmware-version of the device? Have you tried to make an update?

Yes, i've already make update with this version.
Maybe screensaver are too long (9h) ?
I haven't screen in my home for doing test.
Can you doing test with your screen with ?

the longest duration you can enter is 9hours 59minutes for the screensaver.
In case you have updated to the latest version of the FW and you still face this issues
I recommend to open a ticket within BFO to get support. Maybe something is wrong with
the device (memory) himself.

Same problem ... bfo case 49937324.
After of lots of tests we have 2 panales (one on customer restaurant) and one on my desk with the exact same problem.
Last firmware is set to 1.3.4 .. reset to default settings .. but screensaver must to be less than 5 min becouse customer needs to see the logo of the restaurant on the sreensaver.
I did lots of tests with long times screensaver and always crashh.
We need to solve this ..
