LSS100100 Wiser for KNX MAC address discrepancy

Hello KNX forum

MAC address printed on device and visible in network is different in last octet. (00:00:XX:XX:XX:32 vs 00:00:XX:XX:XX:33). Unable to register to cloud, what to do?

What does the interface say in the SW? And did you tried that showed MAC to register?

Hello Piotr,

This is strange, maybe there was a printing issue in a factory. 

Can you send me those MAC addresses? - printed on the side label, printed on the front label, shown in configurator - Interface settings.

Registered should be the one that is visible in the Interface settings.
