LSS100100 - REMOTE CONFIGURATION

Hi

Need assistance for Wiser For KNX (LSS100100)  remote configuration, 

Cloud registration is completed. After this i am not able to access the controller remotely using application. 

Is port forwarding is required in the router? 

Please suggest me how to process further. 

Application is working locally.

No document is ready to explaining how to work with VPN what is used for the Mobile Remote application right now.

Nevertheless, you can connect remotely to your W4KNX (just Wiser for KNX, not spaceLYnk) from the browser using this URL address:

Preconditions:

1.     Created wiser for knx remote account (with the mobile application)
2.     Enabled remote connectivity

!!CHANGE THE MAC ADDRESS IN URL TO THE MAC ADDRESS OF YOUR CONTROLLER!!

You will be redirected to the login page – login with your account created with Mobile application.

Then you have remote OpenVPN connection to your controller from the PC.

Doesn't work for me the link. Any browser want to open the link. all try to do a google search with this kind of link:

But my app is working... the cloud/remote.... is buggy since the beginning 10 years ao.

Question, if it was working, we can do vpn with this adress ?
