Hi, i need get recovery from old v1.1 LSS100100 to new LSS100100.
My old device doesnt work. When i suplly the power there are no changes either leds or anything. So i must get recovery from my old device to new device. Is this possible in anyway?

unfortunately this is not possible. HW1.xx and HW2.xx, 3.xx use different CPUs and therefore different bootloader.

Hello,
I assume you are replacing old hw 1.1 to latest one 3.1. In this case is not possible to just copy card image and put into new one due to different CPU and firmware build.
Nevertheless there are few options still:
1. if you have some old HW 1.xx you can take out card and make backup on some older controller. This backup can be then restored in new controller
2 if you have backup just restore in new controller
If you need help. please contact our support especially when you run a project on very old firmware. We test backward compatibility, but due to complexity of the device and projects which are in hands of System integrators some incompatibility can occur.

I got the same case as above. The spacelynk I use have SW spacelynk-1.2.1, from 2016.
Can I take out the image from SD-card and put In a new Spacelynk? @PetrMares
