Hello,
I want to read 8 VRV devices through Bacnet Client on LSS100200, but after scanning the device, I am unable to map the Group addresses. The process is incredibly slow and keeps giving the same error. I’ve tried saving the error on the screen 15-20 times to make it work.
There are only 40 objects I need to map on the Bacnet Client side.
I need help with this issue and would appreciate your assistance. The situation is urgent, and I have already informed the Schneider technical team, but I haven’t received any response yet.
The video related to the subject is attached.

Way to much, like i said the client is developed to connect with small devices like a heatpump, not to enable the SL as a kind of mini BMS, this is where we have Building Operation for..
There are some options to use script, that runs much smoother than the client as it does not need to the discovery of all objects (that makes it slow), but still you should use the products developed for the task and that is in your scenario a BMS controller if you ask me..

Hello ErkinV,
My, maybe silly, 2 cents:
the BACnet feature has been disabled?
Both functions use the same port, 47808, and therefore conflict with each other.

Hi Cristiano,
I believe you're talking about the settings of the Bacnet Server. I disabled the server and completely deleted 47808 from the port section, leaving it blank, but the problem persists. It is mapping incredibly slowly, making it unfortunately unusable for work.

The problem is that what you try to do is not supported, the app is developed to connect small devices like a heatpump or similiar into your ecosystem with a max of 40-50 objects.
Now you try to connect a bunch of devices with probably (from what i see in the shots) a lot of objects per device (used or not, the client needs to process them from the responses) and making a grand total of objects way more than 50 making the app unresponsive..

Hi Erwin,
When I scan the device, it finds 267 BACnet objects. Is this number too high?
Because I plan to map 5 BACnet objects per device for 8 VRV units, which adds up to 40 objects in total. This falls within the 40-50 object range you mentioned. What I need to know is whether the device I am trying to communicate with should have a total capacity of 40-50 objects, or if we can map only 40-50 objects regardless of the total capacity.
The answer to this question will shape the resolution of our issue.
