ETS download problem with SpaceLogic KNX Fan Coil 0-10 V Controller (mtn6730-0003)

Hello,

I have a problem with the SpaceLogic KNX Fan Coil 0-10 V Controller (mtn6730-0003).

When I try to download using ETS, it asks me to press programming button.

I press the button on the controller, but ETS still keeps asking to press it and doesn't proceed with the download.

could you please help me with this issue?
