Hi Community
We have installed Schneider's LSS100200 Spacelynk - Home automation system. Currently we are facing few issues which we need technical advice from the SE experts.
1.System Status Not Updated automatically in the Application
Situation Each time , the system Web page / Application need to be refreshed or opened again to reflect the Correct status of the system
Query What action need to be taken in order for the system to take the updates automatically
2.Not Responding to action or wrong action
Situation As per the photo shown (Query 2.jpeg), the HVAC system should be in cooling mode to reach the set temperature. However, the photo shows that the system is in heating mode and the fan is off, indicating wrong action by the system.
Query It is happening randomly, hence we would like to know is it a programming code issue or technical glitch
3.Requesting Password on a regular basis.
Situation On a regular basis, the system requests a sign-in with a password (Query 3.jpeg), which is not a user friendly approach
Query What is the solution inorder to make this as one time entry with face/finger authentication, similar to any other applications in the Ipad/Iphone
4.This connection is not Private
Situation On a regular basis, the message (Query 4.jpeg) appears on the iPads, It indicates that the whole system is not secure and that private data might be hacked or stolen, creating a panic situation
Query What is the solution for avoiding these popups?
5.Changed in the status from Auto to Manual
Situation It was noticed many times that the status of some rooms changed from Auto to Manual mode without any instruction to the system, confirming the system's instability.
Query What could be the reason for the fluctuation on the system status?

1.System Status Not Updated automatically in the Application
To be honest ... I dont know excatly what you mean with that.
Can you please share a picture where you are pointing to?
In case you are talking about the performance of the LSS100200. This is displayed in the bottom right of the configuration screen as a summary over different time periods. And this is always updated without the need of a page refresh.
2.Not Responding to action or wrong action
This is difficult to answer as this problem appears only sometimes. I dont believe that this is a general misleading configuration as it sometimes works correctly. At least as far as I understood. It could be a problem of a proper wireless connection.
Does it always works properly when you control this element from a PC which is connected to the network via LAN? Did you tested this?
3.Requesting Password on a regular basis.
Unfortunately this is a security topic. Did you stored the credentials within the dedicated password manager of the used device? This could help to have a direct access to the visu.
4.This connection is not Private
This goes as well in the direction of security (https) and missing certificate within spaceLYnk.
This situation can only be solved when we deliver a certain process of certification creation.
We are working on that topic currently.
5.Changed in the status from Auto to Manual
It is difficult to give an answer not knowing of all circumstances within the installation.
Anyway, I would try to log the dedicated Group-Adresses with the help of the installed spaceLYnk to identify who is changing the dedicated status of the GA.
