Hello how to configure such network in ETS5 and W4K ?

I need to configure W4K like this:

(KNX feature should be checked)

How to add W4K as dummy device so ETS can configure filtertable in W4K?

Hi,

There is no application for the ETS for Wiser for KNX/spaceLYnk so in your scenerio you can add a IP router into the project just like you did in line 1 and 2, rename the IP router to Wiser for KNX in the ETS, create your project like normal, when done ask a preview of the filter table in the ETS, copy this information and past it into the filter list in the Wiser for KNX and save, the content of your pasted 'filter preview' is automaticaly pursed and formatted into a correct filter list.
