Hello
We are migrating old system (LON based) to new system and device must control heating, cooling and blinds. I wonder if
MTN6705-0008 would be appropriate for this task or i should use other actuator, or maybe it is impossible in KNX and i should use 2 actuators? (one to control light and blinds and second as valve driver)
MTN6214-0460 as RCU and MTN6705-0008 as actuator

Hi Piotr,
to "MTN6705-0008 would be appropriate for this task or i should use other actuator, or maybe it is impossible in KNX and i should use 2 actuators? (one to control light and blinds and second as valve driver)"
You are already on the right track. MTN6705-0008 is not the correct device to deal with the valve drives.
I would propose to use two specialist. MTN6705-0008 for Switch/Blid Tasks and MTN6730-0002 SpaceLogic KNX Valve Drive Controller for the heating and cooling tasks.
With this you can even select if you want to use 24V Valvedrives or directly 230V.
And it has the advantage that it has 6 RTCs already on board.
So that you can use pushbuttons which just have a temperature sensor instead of a dedicated RTC like the Pushbutton Pro T.

It will work as you described. But there are two topics which you should have in mind:
1. As in your first picture you selected 24V valvedrives. Please supply them with 24V AC and NOT DC as it is not allowed to switch DC-Loads with MTN6705-0008.
2. Keep in mind the Switching-Cycles of MTN6705-0008 as depending on the setup of the RTC it will often be switched.

Unfortunately we have to adopt existing control box. There is no place for 2 module... We planning to use 2-step control (switching) in MTN6214-0460 and use "Correcting variable heating" to create control group with MTN6705-0008 Master Output 1 (switch). In principle this should be possible to create?
