Thermosat error automatically turns on/off ECO mode when connected to HRC

Hello community,

Currently, I am working on a hotel room control project. I am having a problem with thermostat,using TC303 series thermostat with model number TC303-3A2DPMS to connect to HRC. The problem I have here is that when connecting 2 thermostats to HRC via RS-485 port, these 2 thermostats will automatically turn on and off ECO mode continuously. I have attached a video of the error encountered in this post. I hope to be able to find the cause and the way to fix this problem.

I also have the nearly same problem. I connected TC907 to HRC via RS-485. I set the window contact (key card contact) to normaly close. But after few minutes the thermostat change the contact to normally close. 

Do you have any solutions for the problem?
