Hi Admins,

I have a new 8 channel dimmer that appears to be stuck in bootloader mode. I was completing a firmware upgrade and an error occurred part way through. The unit is no longer responsive to commissioner or toolkit and the CBUS light is solid yellow. A power cycle didn't resolve the issue as per the troubleshooting guide.

Is there a mechanism by which the unit can be hard reset?
