Hi,

That error window message coming when I'm trying to open a Cbus Network using CBus Toolkit. I'm using LSS5500SHAC as the gateway to Cbus network.
Cbus Toolkit v1.15.6.
SHAC firmware v1.6

Please help to find solution for this issue.

Hi, your best information source would be via Aitor Martinez or CBus Level 3 Tech support - Steve Dunn (adelaide - Gepps Cross).
some possible things to look into are:
1) You did not install the 5500 NAC/SHAC USB drivers when installing tool kit....re-install toolkit
2) You have not changed the 2 x unit addresses in the NAC/SHAC off 255.
The NAC/SHAC has 2 internal CBus interfaces, 1 x PCU (USB) + 1 x CNI (ethernet), even though you have 1 actual product, these 2 interfaces aqre seen as seperate things in the Toolkit database and will require unique unit address on each.
This will also affect if you are trying to do a network 'UNRAVEL" where you have multiple new units still no 255 unit address, you need to manually change the 2 x unit address on the NAC/SHAC first , before you can use the un-ravel function otherwise you will get an error message.
