Need support on Hotel Room Solution (RLG)

Hi

Good day.

We did completed a hotel solution in Bangladesh which was a five star hotel where we did supply and installation of hotel room solution (RLG) with C bus automation near about 10 years ago. Now we have faced some problem in RLG devices where one I/O port is not functional. we changed another port for it and also change the program in RLG Toolkit software. we are unable to connect RLG device to PC via LAN connection for deployment/download the project to RLG device but failed. Please find the attached Error file for your better understanding.

Could anyone please support us how to solve the issue.

Please provide full details of the products used in the project.

Based upon your attached image,  I think you may be posting your question to the wrong section of our forums.

that product is only sold and supported by SE thailand it is developed locally and not part of the global C-Bus offer, sorry.
