CBUS Dimmer 5508D1D Bootloader Issue

Hi All, 

I have a new dimmer that appears to be stuck in bootloader mode after an error occurred during firmware upload. Is there a way to resolve this onsite? I have tried a power cycle as per the troubleshooting section of the guide.

It should be possible.

There are changes coming to the software itself to help recover from this, but they are not released just yet.

At present, you will need to call Tech Support and they can help you through it.
