C Bus Wiser

Need support on C Bus Wiser WHC2_5918 configuration for accessing C Bus thru Android Mobile/Laptop thru Static IP. Currently Wiser is working well on WiFI connectivity within the building. Only Remote access is not possible. On Remote logging with static ip  the message "Cannot connect to server is displayed".

For Remote access you will have to set up port forwarding in your modem router.

If you haven't then have a look at the Wiser2 manual in section 8.1 Setting up Port Forwarding (C:\Clipsal\PICED\Manuals)

If you had set it up but is still having issue then try changing your port number i.e from 80 to a higher number. You will need to change this in PICED > Project detail Wizard > Remote Port.
