Hello,
I have an Altivar 61 running a deep well submersible pump. It's working fine however the hour meter has stopped working on it. The meter has stopped at 65535 hrs. This happened a couple years ago. It shows 65535 on both the remote screen (on the outside of the panel) and the main component (red digits, inside the panel). I just found this community after asking others for help so I hope the answers are here!!
I have no idea where to start so any help would be appreciated. Thank you kindly!!

65535 happens to be the maximum value of an unsigned 16bit integer! It would apear that you have exceded the capacity this drive can count up too. Interestingly, 65535 hours is 2,730.6 days or 7.48 years. considering that happened years ago, your drive has performing quite admibrably!
It seems that you need to reset that counter (and make note of how many times you reset it if you ever need to reset it agian) or check to see if newer firmware uses a 32bit integer to count run hours.

Dear both : Bosswaffle is righ almost all of our variable are 16 bit integer in ATV61 or 71 . There is a procedure to reset these values. I recommend you to contact your local customer care center to do it because you need to access hidden parametrization and you need someone to guide you to dont make a mistake . Other possibility is to contact Schneider Electric Service team to do it.
Thank you in advance
B.R.
