Hi there,
I was yesterday in a meeting with the tender team, and a question raised:
There is an opportunity where our customer gives us only one auxiliaries connection for 400 V, but we need 120 V for heating resistors and 230 V for lighting. I think this means that a small transformer should be included inside of one of the cabinets of the drive.
Apart from this, could there be a possibility to generate another secondary from the main converter power transformer and use it for this connection? Which of the options would suppose a higher price increase? Thanks!
