Hello.
I have a hydraulic system for filling a domestic hot water tank from a heat recovery system. The system consists of a pump controlled by an ATV610 in HMI mode. I would like to automate the system using a PID controller controlled by a frequency converter, controlled by measuring the temperature with a PT1000 contact sensor placed on the pipe supplying the recovered water to the tank.
I have the PT1000 sensor connected to input AI2, set to [1PT3].
The 'PID feedback assign' parameter is set to [AI2]. The 'PID feedback -> Type of control [TOCT]' parameter is set to [OTHER].
Where should I set the '°C' unit and the setpoint the controller will strive for?
Best regards
Mariusz Panek

So far I see to configure °C as unit for the setpoint is not possible. As additional information the accuracy of temperatur probes on the driver are only +/-4K.
