Hi,
We installed smart connector on 2 VM using neverfail solution (HA Solution)
Month ago, we install the 1st license onto VM1(Primary VM) then do a sync of all smartconnector folder.
When a switchover occur, the license was still valid on the secondary server.
However, recently when we do a switch to VM2(Secondary VM) the smart connector prompt us for a license.
We actually bought a 2nd license for this purpose and input the license in. everything was working fine.
However, when we do a switch back to VM1(Primary VM), the smartconnector now prompt us to input the license.
When uploading the 1st license onto primary VM, it wrote that the license already existed, we then remove the license and upload the same license and everything was back to normal.
We then try to stop and start the services, and no license warning was prompted out.
Next, when we switch to secondary server, the same issue occur, it prompt us to input a license again.
I have attach some screenshot taken
You can see in License List.jpg, both license was already inside and yet the smartconnector prompt us to input license.
The workaround was to delete and input the license again, however since this is supposed to be a HA solution, the customer will not accept us doing manual delete and restore of license due to operation issue.
Additional note* Thumbprint was different in both VM
Thanks

Hi version is 2.4
Thumprint remain the same e.g
Vm1 abc
Vm2 def
When switch over to and forth, the thumbprint remain as it is.
I can't really remember if thumbprint was the same previously(when 1 license work for both vm)
Recently, there was some reconfiguration of the network connection of the vm, and I assume this license issue occur after we reconfigure the network.
Thank you
