i add the ``Entitlement`` in the device administrator (version 5 or 6) to add the license,
then i add the controller and try to add the license, but the ``Entitlement`` does not appear at all as in photo attached in the post
the ``Entitlement`` worked in other controllers so i think there is no problem in it
i format the ASP or ASB by DFU mode and i tried to add the license but same result
This problem appears in controllers version 5 & 6
The problem does not show up when i add the demo license

@Shadi_Bawab It is possible that the licenses are not compatible with the ASP/ASB if the license is secure boot but the smartX server is not. If you have checked and confirmed that the license is compatible with the devices, I suggest starting a case with your local support team.
