Hello, community
I have searched for a similar post but I could not find one. So, I open a new one.
I have an installation of PME with EWS active and SmartConnector installed in order to use the SOAP Rest API.
I can read all the information required:
My issue is on the format of the values that arrive. In more detail:
Trend Log values arrive as "integer, decimal" which can be ok under circumstances, but Values do not have a decimal part. They are enormous integers (sent as "14355347373" while I would expect 1.435 kWh for example.
Doing some digging with my colleague @Sabrina_Merelli we have seen that reading the data of PME EWS with SOAP UI we have the decimal value but with comma.
We have tried to change the region setting on our pc to be the same but still no proper value reply for us.
All the tests have been done using the swagger and postman.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you all
Sotiris

Hi Sotiris,
So you are using the SoapEwsRestProvider to communicate with PME, and the values are coming back without a decimal?
Can you turn on EWS Consume logging in Smart Connector, and set the logging level to Trace? I would like to see what is actually coming back from PME.
Best Regards,
-Jeff

Hello @JeffBowman,
we have activated the EWS consume logging and I attach the information from the logs.
Looking forward to hearing from you
