Unable to add or register SMC1500C device
Upon device registration, we're not able to register our UPS'es and encountered this message - Unable to add device - ensure that the Product ID and Product Key provided are correct. If you have connected your device for the first time, ensure that your device has an active network connection, and allow up to 15 minutes before trying again.
We've attempted multiple times to register, changed network cables, successful ping and traceroute test to the network port but unsuccessful to complete the registration process. Lastly, tried the QR Code scan registration process but get the same unsuccessful results.
Is there any alternative workaround to register the UPS devices successfully?
