As far as I know, the default lockout time is only 5 minutes.
If you have to wait over 5 minutes. And it seems like it won't unlock. You can do the following:
- Open SQL Management Studio and access the SmartConnector.User database.
- Find the dbo.AspNetUsers table.
- Edit the top 200 rows
- Change the LockoutEndDateUtc to NULL and AccessFailedCount to 0 for the admin user
- This should make it so you are no longer locked out.
