We have a customer who is using SmartConnector version 2.4.7. When he tries to login to the Swagger (http://127.0.0.1:8083/SBO/swagger/ui/index), he gets an error "The user Name or Password were incorrect".
As far as I know the user name and password are correct.
Can you supply more information?
Following the steps Jeff pointed out should help to get to root cause. The login failed error can be misleading especially when using the SOAP rest provider. If that’s what you are using you should check that you have the correct address for the ES or AS (full EWS Soap Endpoint) in the config. If you’re connecting to EBO2.x ensure you have enabled EWS in the Server settings as it’s now disabled by default.

1. The REST provider is SOAP REST Provider.
2. Yes. The REST http configuration match the server he is trying to connect to.
3. Yes. He is able to login to the EBO using the same credentials.
4. I will check the log using 'Ews Consume' turned on.
As Adam Summers mentioned, can you also verify that EWS is enabled in EBO?
