Support on Smart Connector without being EcoXpert

Hello

I have received the following question from a system integrator from the US which is not an EcoXpert.

"I cant figure out how to get the info that smart connector needs from workstation in order to tie the two pieces together."

Where can I send this customer to get support? (e-mail/call back)?

Hi Laurent,

This forum is intended to be that place that ANYONE can ask questions.

I know there are some 'permissions' on this specific forum, but there really shouldn't be, it should be open to anyone who can log in to IDMS. What is the person's email address (feel free to send me an email), I can see about getting them access.

In the past i have reached out to @Omaelk to get other people access to this forum.

To their question you posted, I am actually not sure what information they are looking for based on this question, I would need a little bit more context.
